The Nonprofit AI Framework

Here's what you leave with

  • AI Readiness Self-Assessment

    • A 7-question scorecard you fill out live that gives you a 0–35 number showing exactly where your organization stands and what the gap is.

  • The Output Checklist

    • A four-question page (Source, Accuracy, Tone, Sign-off) you pin next to your monitor that stops the most common AI mistakes before content goes out the door.

  • The Safe AI Starter Kit Workbook

    • The full eight-section workbook — built on NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 — that gives you the policy, classifications, approved tools, prompts, and launch plan to answer any AI question from a funder, board member, or donor.

Tim Kiely helps nonprofit leaders use artificial intelligence safely, practically, and without wasting scarce staff time or budget. He brings 25 years of experience building enterprise software, artificial intelligence systems, and cybersecurity programs across regulated industries, including energy, software, and financial services. As a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, or CISSP, he helps organizations judge where AI can save time, improve service delivery, and reduce risk before they spend money on tools or consultants. Tim’s work is grounded in real implementation experience: he has led engineering and security teams, built production AI forecasting systems, and created governance programs from the ground up. His focus is simple: help mission-driven organizations turn AI from a confusing risk into a measured, useful operating capability.
